In gymnastics, students develop poise and grace while working on balance, flexibility and strength. Participants will receive age appropriate instruction on the balance beam, uneven bars, vault and floor exercises. Emphasis will be on terminology, body positions and skills. Varsity gymnasts assist with the teaching. Open to students who are age 4 or 5 or who have not taken gymnastics before. Parents who have children younger than 4 years old may enroll their child, but must assist their child during class time.
