Whether you are a beginner or experienced, we would love for you to join the fun! Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Aleida is a certified Zumba instructor who has been teaching Zumba for many years.
