Learn how to do specific wrestling moves, strategies to use in competition and how matches are scored. Information about wrestling tournaments in the area will be available but participation in these events is the choice of individual participants. No special equipment needed; just wear comfortable clothing and clean shoes. Pre-registration is expected.
