This hands-on class helps high school students explore their leadership style while preparing for college, careers, and life beyond high school. Through interactive activities, cultural exploration, storytelling, and strengths mapping, students will learn how identity and lived experiences shape leadership in real-world settings. Led by an instructor who grew up in Worthington and returned after 15 years, this class offers practical insight, confidence-building tools, and skills students can use in everyday life. This opportunity is a collaboration of Community Ed and the Nobles County Integration Collaborative (NCIC).
